In an excellent location with access to the Gulf of Mexico, Villa Sunshine is located in the southeast of Cape Coral, near the Yacht Club. It offers sufficient space for up to 8 people. The southwest-facing terrace with grill, heated pool, and hot tub invites relaxation.
The villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, providing enough space for eight people. The main bedroom has direct access to the terrace, a king-size bed, and its own bathroom. The other three bedrooms are each equipped with queen-size beds. The open living area is generously designed and flooded with light through the large window front. In short, a villa that offers an absolute feel-good atmosphere.
Enjoy the wonderful view of the pool area and the directly adjacent canal from the spacious terrace. Boat enthusiasts will get their money's worth here, as you have access to the river and the Gulf of Mexico in just a few minutes.
For even more variety during your stay, a billiards table, table tennis, table football, and fishing rods are available.

The number of guests must be correctly stated and included in the booking confirmation in order to be allowed to stay in the house.
Please understand that we will charge an additional fee and a penalty fee of 500 USD/week for incorrect guest numbers and/or violation of the pet policy.
Children from 3 years old count as paying guests. The overnight price includes up to 4 guests; from the 5th person, a surcharge of 25.00 USD/night per person will be charged.
