29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.

CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

The Villa Lion's Garden is beautifully located on a canal with access to the Gulf of Mexico in the southeast of Cape Coral and offers space for 6 people. The terrace with grill and heated pool is oriented to the south and invites you to relax.
The house has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom features a King Size bed with its own bathroom. The 2nd bedroom with a Queen Size bed and the 3rd bedroom with 2 Twin beds share the additional bathroom.
The electricity consumption is included up to 10.00 USD per day. After that, 0.23$ including 11.5% tax will be charged for electricity consumption. An uncleaned grill costs $60 extra. Please pay this in cash upon checkout.

The villa offers space for up to six guests in three stylishly furnished bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The master bedroom pampers you with a king-size bed, direct access to the terrace, and a private bathroom with equally direct access. Two additional bedrooms with queen-size beds share a bright bathroom with a bathtub.
Upon entering through the double-winged entrance door, a wide view opens up to you over the pool area extending to the glittering water of the canal - a sight that immediately spreads vacation vibes.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired: coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, oven, pots and everything you need for a cozy dinner is available. Whether indoors or outdoors - six people each can comfortably find a seat at the two dining areas.
Technology & Comfort
Stay connected via Wi-Fi or relax during a movie night with satellite and cable TV. For your comfort, a washing machine, dryer, iron, extra pillows and blankets, as well as towels and bed linens are provided. Two kayaks and two bicycles invite you to actively explore the surroundings.

The spacious floor plan includes 3 bedrooms (king-size bed, queen-size bed, 2 single beds), 2.5 bathrooms, a separate living and family room, and a large, fully equipped kitchen. Stylish furniture gives the house a contemporary touch. The electrically heated pool offers swimming fun all year round. The south-facing terrace offers a view of the lush, tropical landscape. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive away.

Electricity is included in the rental price up to 10 USD per day.
Consumption beyond this will be calculated at $0.23 per kWh including 11.5% tax. The due amount must be paid at check-out.
No pets are allowed!
The number of guests must be correctly specified and noted in the booking confirmation in order to be allowed to stay in the house.
Please note that a penalty fee of $500/week will be charged for additional guests or violations of the pet policy.
Children from 3 years old are counted as paying guests. The overnight price includes up to 4 guests; from the 5th person, an additional price of 15 USD/night per person will be charged.
