The Villa Lion's Garden is beautifully located on a canal with access to the Gulf of Mexico in the southeast of Cape Coral and offers space for 6 people. The terrace with grill and heated pool is oriented to the south and invites you to relax.
The house has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom features a King Size bed with its own bathroom. The 2nd bedroom with a Queen Size bed and the 3rd bedroom with 2 Twin beds share the additional bathroom.
The electricity consumption is included up to 10.00 USD per day. After that, 0.23$ including 11.5% tax will be charged for electricity consumption. An uncleaned grill costs $60 extra. Please pay this in cash upon checkout.

Stylish furniture gives the house a contemporary touch. The electrically heated pool offers swimming fun all year round. The south-facing terrace offers a view of the lush, tropical landscape. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive away.

No pets are allowed!
The number of guests must be correctly specified and noted in the booking confirmation in order to be allowed to stay in the house.
